Exchange Policy
Replacement will only be accepted within two days of the customer receiving the product.
- If you receive a damaged, defective or partial order contact us within two days of receipt if the issue is not reported to the return department within this time frame we reserve the right to refuse the return.
- Customer are responsible for all return shipping charges unless they receive an incorrect (we shipped the wrong product) or defective.
- Customer does not allow cancellation once the order has been placed, all orders are final and cannot be changed after submission. If customer refused to collect then we have rights to take action according to law
- If customer cancel the order after placed then, customer have to pay shipping charges and return charges (both)
